Noah does the delivery, and the people behind him are NoTip’s team, paid by NoTip. Nobody’s pay depends on a tip.

Refunds go back to the card you paid with. Email us your order code if you’re expecting one.

With your email: we send you a sign-in link, so there’s no password. You can also continue with Apple or Google.

Sign in and open Account. Your name, phone, addresses and saved cards are all there.

Sign in, open Account and choose Delete my account. Or email us from the address on your account.

In our beta, a NoTip monitor is with Noah on every delivery.

Noah carries your order on a hook and sets it down at the spot you picked. Once it’s on the hook, you’re the next human to touch it.
