NoTip Terms

Effective October 16, 2026

These terms cover the text messages and phone calls NoTip sends. NoTip is a service of Dry Water Inc. (“NoTip,” “we,” or “us”). How we handle your mobile number, and everything else you give us, is in our Privacy Policy.

Text Messages

NoTip texts you only about things you asked for. We send four kinds of texts, and each has its own opt-in:

• Order messages. If you tick “Text me about this order” at checkout, the NoTip team or your driver may text the phone number on that order about it, for example to ask where to leave it. You can reply to reach them. Leave it off and we call you instead if we need to.
• Verification codes. When you add a mobile number to your account and ask for a code, we text you a one-time code. One text each time you ask.
• Run alerts for drivers. If you drive for NoTip and agree to run alerts, on your driver application or when the NoTip team adds you, we text you about runs you can take. Reply YES to claim one.
• News and offers. If you tick the box for texts on the vote form or on your Account page, we text you NoTip news and offers, such as new restaurants, new towns and deals.

How Our Texts Work

• Message frequency varies.
• Message and data rates may apply.
• Reply STOP to any text to stop texts from the number it came from. You’ll get one text confirming it, and nothing after. Reply START to opt back in. You can also turn news and offers off on your Account page, or with the unsubscribe link in our emails.
• Reply HELP to any text for help, or email hello@notip.delivery.
• Agreeing to texts is never a condition of buying anything from NoTip.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text opt-in data and consent are not shared with third parties.
• Our texts are sent to US mobile numbers.

Phone Calls

We call only drivers who agreed to run alerts, and only about a run they can take. The call reads the run and asks you to press 1 to claim it. To stop calls, switch them off under My alerts in NoTip Dispatch, or email hello@notip.delivery.

Changes to These Terms

We may change these terms from time to time. We’ll post the new version on this page, with its date at the top.
